The following tour is for all of the people who want to know how the best food products are made and how the real southern italian foods taste like. Your private driver will pick you up anywhere you are with our Mercedes luxury vehicle, and after a brief presentation will give you all informations about the tour and the places that you are going to visit. We will start with one of the best and most exported italian product: the extra virigin olive oil, wich is at the base of the italian cuisine. During this breef tour you will see the olive trees from which olives used for making the oil are collected. After we will continue with mozzarella making to show you in real time the trasformation of simple milk into mozzarella. We start with guided tour to the farm to see the cows and calves, then we go to the dairy where milk is curdled. Raw milk is heated to a 38°C temperature then liquid calf rennet is added and milk is left to coagulate for about 15-20 minutes. At this point caciottine can be made. At the end comes the most creative and amusing phase of mozzarella making process where the mass is pressed and squeezed and manipulated. At this point mozzarella can be eaten. The next activity is one of the best ones: the tasting of the famous italian liquor, the limoncello. This beverage is made with alcool, lemons, sugar and water. Even here you will be showned how it is produced and there will be tastings as well. At the end of the day there will be a very funny experience: The pizza school. Have you ever made one by your own? An expert pizzaiolo will teach you every secret from the ingridients how to make the pizza and the pizza you will create will be your lunch.
